The results of the Household Income and Expenditure Survey 2013 will give the Island a greater degree of financial certainty.
That's the belief of Treasury Minister Eddie Teare following the year-long voluntary survey of some 900 Manx households.
It collected data on income, regular expenditure and vehicle ownership, and provides in depth detail of income sources for Manx households.
Mr Teare says it's used in calculations to confirm the Island's share of VAT revenue under the Customs and Excise Agreement with the UKClip 1
