Police investigate Castletown disturbance

Police are investigation a public order offence after children gathered in Poulsom Park, Castletown on Saturday night.

Posting on Facebook, the Southern Neighbourhood Policing Team said over 100 young people gathered in the park, and a considerable number were drinking.

The types of calls made to the police included assault and general anti-social behaviour.

The constabulary says the group included youths from across all areas of the Island.
