The Dream Factory event takes place during the ‘Knowledge, Creative and Digital’ week during the International Festival of Business on July 14 and 15.

Steve Christian will represent the Isle of Man’s film industry and production company Pinewood pictures, and will take part in a discussion panel about regional media funding.

The event in Liverpool is expected to attract a number of world renowned creative and film professionals.
