Tahiko to celebrate 1st birthday in style

by isleofman.com 9th July 2014
Two of the biggest names in the clubbing scene will help celebrate Tahiko nightclub’s 1st birthday.

To mark a successful first year, Tahiko will play host to Cream Tours 2014 on Friday 1st August.

Between 11.00pm and 4.00am, partygoers will hear sets from Cream Tours DJs Andy Mac and Rob Harnetty in the Main Room, and from Tahiko’s resident DJ in the Red Room.

Rising star Rob Harnetty is a name to look out for in 2014; a permanent fixture on Creams UK shows at Nation, Liverpool Rob has performed with Paul Van Dyk, Above and Beyond and Paul Oakenfold in 2013. Andy Mac is one of Cream's longest running residents, a firm favourite at the Creamfields festival since 2005, and has played alongside names such as Deadmau5, 2 Many DJs, Sasha and Justice.

There will also be a chance to win the Tahiko Birthday Prize Giveaway, which will be drawn at 1.00am in Tahiko. The top prize is four 2-day camping Creamfields festival tickets (23rd – 25th August 2014), including return travel, with more great prizes also on offer.

Nicola Wilkinson, Sefton Group Marketing Manager, said: ‘We are really excited for Tahiko’s first birthday party and can’t wait to welcome two top Cream Tours DJs to the club. As well as having fantastic entertainment in both the Main Room and the Red Room, we are pleased to be able to offer some great prizes for the Tahiko Birthday Prize Giveaway. It looks set to be a brilliant night, and we look forward to seeing everyone at Tahiko on 1st August!’

Tickets for the event are on sale at River Island in Douglas and the Best Western Palace Hotel reception desk for just ?5.00.
