Pictured are some of the committee of two well-known charitable organisations on the Isle of Man, Inner Wheel and Rotary Club of Rushen & Western Mann with Margaret Simpson, Chief Executive of Hospice Isle of Man and Mary Doyle, PR and Marketing Manager for Hospice.
The committee were delighted to be handing over the princely sum of ?2,000 to the ladies to be used to benefit the children’s hospice Rebecca House. The funds were raised as a result of a hugely successful family fun day at Colby Football Ground held in late June.
The committee includes David Alcock, John Quaye, Sir Miles Walker CBE, Lady Mary Walker, Julie Minktelow, Lynda Warren, Janet Alcock and Sheila Allan.
