Have you seen any basking sharks?
Manx Basking Shark Watch are out filming with a crew from ITV today (Thurs) and tomorrow . . but there have been precious few basking sharks to film!
Jackie Hall from MBSW says despite it being peak season for spotting the marine leviathans around the the Island's coast and conditions being good, there have been very few sightings so far this year with just two animals reportedly spotted in the last couple of days.
The charity is asking for anyone who may spot a shark or sharks around the Island today or tomorrow to get in touch so they can get to the area in their research boat to film them.
The number to ring if you have any sightings is 334 203
