Police investigations are continuing after a woman reported an assault in Ramsey.
The incident is said to have happened shortly before 9am yesterday (Thurs)
A Ramsey woman in her 20s reported that she had been physically assaulted whilst she was walking past the Commercial Hotel in Market square.
A local man was subsequently arrested and charged with assault. He appeared in court today.
Police say they would still like to speak to anyone who was on the Market Square at this time who may have witnessed what happened.
