Appeal after alleged assault

Police in Ramsey are investigating an allegation of assault which was said to have occurred in Ramsey shortly before 9am on the morning of Thursday 10th July 2014. A Ramsey woman in her 20s, has reported that she had been physically assaulted whilst she was walking past the Commercial Hotel, Market square, Ramsey.
 
A local man was subsequently arrested and charged with assault. He appeared at court today.
 
Despite there being a person charged in this case, Police still wish to speak with anyone who was on the Market Square at this time, and hear their account of what has occurred.
