UK road racing plans could benefit Island, says minister

Economic Development Minister Laurence Skelly says plans in the UK to allow local authorities to set up road racing could bring benefits to the Isle of Man.
With our expertise in organising the TT, Festival of Motorcycling, Southern 100, and pre and post TT races, Mr Skelly says it’s possible we could play a part in helping races in the UK.
Friday’s announcement by David Cameron could also have implications for a future TT World Series, currently being considered by the department.
Mr Skelly says it could mean increased competition for our events, but also bring valuable opportunities:Clip 1
