Thomas's 'toilet tax' questions for Tynwald

West Douglas MHK Chris Thomas will quiz ministers about the so called toilet tax when Tynwald sits next week.
He has a series of questions about the flat ?50 sewerage charge included in rates demands for the first time this year.
Mr Thomas says he suspects many people haven’t paid yet, and wants to know whether the government will spend more money pursuing them through the courts.
He says there are a number of issues he wants to raise during next week’s sitting:Clip 1
