Mixed messages about Island's finances, claim

by isleofman.com 15th July 2014
The public is being given mixed messages about the state of the Isle of Man's finances.
That's according to Michael MHK Alf Cannan.
In Tynwald this morning he asked the treasury minster about how the delivery of the new fiscal plan would be handled.
He was told there would be full engagement and debate, and Eddie Teare also confirmed the government's reblancing plan was on track to be completed by the end of this financial year.
But Mr Cannan suggested the public would find it difficult to understand why there was still a need to find more money:Clip 1
