Bishop hails Tynwald trial as 'worthwhile'

An experiment to impose time limits in Tynwald has been described as ‘worthwhile’ by the member who proposed it.
Lord Bishop Robert Paterson says he’s encouraged at the results of the trial which reduced the time members could make statements, move motions and answer questions.
He noticed a difference during proceedings.Clip 1
