ICT shortage needs addressing, says Minister

The new Economic Development Minister says there's a real need for more people to be trained in ICT.
The Manx Educational Foundation is hoping to create an IT centre of excellence at the Nunnery which will teach the computer skills needed by a number of industries in the Isle of Man.
Laurence Skelly says the public and private sectors have been working together to find out how best to tackle the dearth of suitable employees:Clip 1
