Manx actor chosen by Woody Allen

A Manx-born actor’s been cast to star in legendary director Woody Allen’s next film

23 year old Jamie Blackley from Douglas will appear alongside Joaquin Phoenix and Emma Stone in the movie, which doesn’t yet have a title.

It’s the 78-year-old filmmaker’s 47th movie in the director’s chair, and will be shot in United States.

Jamie’s recently appeared in Snow White And The Huntsman and the Julian Assange film, The Fifth Estate.
