Inquest to open into cyclist's death

An inquest into the death of a woman who died while cycling in Kirk Michael will open on Monday afternoon.

41 year old Kathryn Burge of Lonan, a physiotherapist who worked at Noble’s Hospital, died during an incident involving a car on Main Road in the village on Monday, August 4.

Coroner of Inquests Jayne Hughes will convene the hearing at 4pm on Monday in Douglas Courthouse.
