Thousands raised by Joey tribute lap

The Joey Dunlop Foundation says a huge parade lap earlier this week means it’s ?4,000 nearer its goal of building three more apartments at Braddan Bridge House.
On Wednesday, 700 bikers took part in the parade on open roads as the charity raises money to extend the holiday home complex in Douglas.
Kevin Quirk from the charity says the event’s usually held each July, but was moved to coincide with the Festival of Motorcycling because of its Joey theme this year.
Mr Quirk says there were a few famous faces who came along to lend their support:
