Police appeal to witness of disturbance in Ramsey

Police are appealing for any witnesses to a disturbance that occurred on Queens Promenade, Ramsey opposite Kings Court at about 4.10pm on Friday 12th September 2014.  The incident involved two male persons fighting in the roadway and then on the sea side pavement; resulting in one of them falling from the sea wall into the sea below.
 
Anyone with information about this incident is urged to contact Constable 190 Kerruish at Ramsey Police Station on 812234 or contact us anonymously through Crimestoppers 0800 555111.
