First Names Group makes key appointment in the UK

First Names Group, the world’s leading independent provider of trust, corporate and fund administration services, has appointed Tariq Husain as UK Managing Director and Global Head of Outsourced Business Services (OBS).

Tariq will be based in the Group’s new London office in the heart of Covent Garden. His new appointment with First Names Group will see him take on two fundamental positions in the growing organisation. As UK Managing Director, he will be responsible for establishing, managing and growing the overall corporate and institutional services in the United Kingdom.

Tariq’s focus as the Global Head of Outsourced Business Services will involve building a global service delivery platform for multinational businesses needing critical compliance. The services include accounting, tax, HR and payroll, corporate secretarial, director and domiciliary services. Outsourced Business Services is a key part of First Names Group’s Corporate and Institutional Services line. 
 
Tariq has 20 years’ experience of which over 12 were spent at TMF Group, most recently as Global Director of Strategic Alliances. Tariq is an internationally respected finance professional whose extensive multi-jurisdictional expertise and experience spans across a wide variety of regulated sectors.

Following his appointment, Tariq Husain commented:
