Referendum vote creates 'certainty' - treasury minister

The treasury minister has given his views on the 'No' vote in the Scottish independence referendum, saying it will lead to greater certainty.
The result of the vote was 55% of Scots choosing to remain part of the United Knigdom, with the turnout as high as 90% in some places.
