Island economist's view on UK devolution options

The UK government is promising swift action to meet its promise on greater home rule in Scotland, after voters turned down full independence in Thursday's referendum, to remain part of the UK.
During the campaign, Scotland was offered a greater say in running its own affairs.
Since the No vote, Prime Minister David Cameron made it clear there'll be devolution too for Wales, Northern Ireland and England.
Island businessman and economist John Webster says in the latter part of the campaign, those living outside Scotland began to question the extra resources Scots were promised.
He says the focus will now be on ensuring a fair deal all round: Clip 1
