A Manx developer has won three accolades in the UK regional stage of the International Property Awards.
Heritage Homes was named winner in the Isle of Man Single Unit category, for its Devonshire design at Ballanard Woods in Douglas and Silverdale at Reayrt ny Glionney in Lonan.
The company was also a winner in the Residential Development category for Ballakilley in Port Erin.
Heritage Homes may now represent the UK in the latter stage of the awards and compete for the title of World's Best, announced in December in Dubai.
