Chief Minister predicts 'volatile period in British politics'

That’s the view of the Island’s Chief Minister as the UK gears up for next year’s General Election.
After attending this week’s Labour Party Conference, Allan Bell thinks the battle for supremacy remains on a knife edge.
And he says the Island has to be alert to the ramifications that will follow the Scottish referendum.
