Bitcoins for Ashgrove staff

by isleofman.com 26th September 2014

The company behind last week’s Crypto Valley Summit has put its virtual money where its mouth is – by giving bitcoins to its staff.

Ashgrove Marketing helped its staff set up Bitcoin wallets as the summit came to an end, and showed them how to use the digital currency.

The marketing, PR and advertising agency has also announced it’ll take payment from clients in Bitcoins.

Managing Director Terry Van Rhyn says although cryptocurrencies are generally fairly well understood by businesses, it’s vital to encourage everybody to start using it in order for the sector to grow.
