Barman attacked at Laxey pub

An assault on a barman at a Laxey pub is being investigated by police.
The incident happened at the Mines Tavern at around 8.50pm on Saturday.
The member of staff was taken to Noble's hospital for treatment, and has since been released.
A 33-year-old man from the north of the Island was arrested this morning in connection with the attack.
