Ceremony marks opening of housing complex honouring Fiona Bone

The official opening of a housing complex in Manchester which honours former Island resident Fiona Bone took place this lunchtime (midday Sat)
Fiona Gardens in Sale is a development of 71 apartments for those aged 55 and over.
It's been built by the Trafford Housing Trust close to where Fiona lived and is already full occupied.
The WPC with Greater Manchester Police was killed while on duty just over two years ago and today is the second anniversary of her funeral.
Beth Espey was at the ceremony which heard a short address from Fiona's father Paul Bone and local councillors.
She says Mr Bone and Fiona's family have been closely associated with the development
