Reduced CoMin would improve system, says former parliamentarian

A former parliamentarian says the ministerial system of government is the best option under the current structure.
Long-term critics say the so-called 'block vote' has robbed Tynwald of much of its authority in recent years.
However, former MLC and political commentator David Callister says it’s a big improvement on the board structure which preceded it: (play audio)
