Life behind the Lens

by isleofman.com 21st October 2014
A photographer who has worked in the film industry and had work published by NASA will talk about life behind the lens this evening (Tues).
Justin Quinnell, an expert in pinhole photography, will give a lecture entitled ‘Manhole’ at the Market Hall in Douglas at six thirty.
His visit’s part of the Citywing-supported ‘Artist on a Plane’ initiative, organised by the Isle of Man College which runs arts degree courses at the Market Hall.
Justin has appeared on various prime-time TV shows and headed the innovative Sunrise Project, in which hundreds of Bristol residents were given cameras made of old drinks cans and asked to photograph the sun over several months.
