Health minister pledges to improve hospital complaint handling

The health and social care minister has made a commitment to improving the way complaints are handled at Noble's hospital.
Howard Quayle made a statement on the issue in Tynwald this afternoon.
He said a review was carried out by the West Midlands Quality Review Service in July this year.
The report was received by the department yesterday.
Mr Quayle said they needed to look through all the recommendations and think about how changes would be implemented:Clip 1
