Staff at OCRA (Isle of Man) Limited have raised ?1500 for Wish Upon A Dream.

The Ramsey-based international corporate and trust services provider has long been a keen supporter of local charities chosen by its staff who raised the money by holding regular ‘dress-down’ Fridays.

OCRA group director Stephen Porter said: ‘Our commitment to operational excellence is matched by our aim to be “a good neighbour” and our staff’s dedication to supporting the community. Wish Upon A Dream has the power to transform dreams into realities for many seriously ill children; OCRA is proud to be contributing to that transformation.’

Wish Upon A Dream founder Lesley Turnbull said: ‘I was delighted to hear the news that Wish Upon A Dream had been chosen as a recipient for such a generous donation from OCRA.  Such kindness and thoughts have ensured that a wish can be fulfilled for a brave child battling illness on the island.  “Thank you” just doesn't seem enough but from the bottom of my heart I am so grateful to OCRA.’
