Manx Cancer Help Christmas cards available to buy

This year’s Manx Cancer Help Christmas cards are now available to buy across the Island and once again feature a painting by renowned local artist, Nancy Corkish.
 
The watercolour design is called ‘Winter at Shenvalla’ and shows a robin sitting on top of a snow-dusted gate. Packs of ten cards cost ?5.95 and can be purchased from the following outlets:
 
Bridge Bookshop, Port Erin
Lexicon Bookshop, Douglas
Port Erin Gaslight & Aerated Water Co Ltd, Castletown
Chree Brae, Castletown
St Paul’s Bookshop, Ramsey
The Book Company, Douglas
Peel Post Office
The Pavillion Restaurant & Clubhouse Bistro, Port St Mary
Manx Cancer Help, Lisa Lowe Centre, Old School House, Cronkbourne.
 
The original painting will be auctioned and bids are now being accepted by email to info@manxcancerhelp.org. There are also 20 signed and mounted prints available at ?45 each.
 
Manx Cancer Help Chief Executive Officer, Andrea Chambers, said: ‘Nancy has been supporting for us for over 15 years and we’re again delighted to be able to use one of her paintings on our Christmas cards. Thank you also to those shops and outlets who have agreed to sell the cards, the proceeds of which raise vital funds to support our services.’
