Appeal after machinery stolen from road works site

PC 305 Keegan of the Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team is looking to speak to anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity at the Department of Infrastructure site on the Ramsey Road, Laxey between 2:30pm and 3pm yesterday, Thursday 23rd of October. This is the area on the Coast Road where there are road works with temporary traffic lights currently in operation. Two items of plant machinery have been stolen from the site at this time, including a Stihl Road Saw.

Anyone with information relating to either the property stolen from this incident or who may have witnessed someone acting suspiciously in the area whilst stopped at the traffic lights is asked to contact Ramsey Police Station on 812234 or if you would prefer to pass this information anonymously, please call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
