Arsonist case adjourned again

The case of an arsonist who caused more than ?6,000 worth of damage to a mental health facility has been adjourned again.
Fifty-three year-old Graham Johnson was due to be sentenced today (Friday) after pleading guilty to causing a fire at Grainagh Court in June.
However, the case has been adjourned and Johnson remanded in custody until December the 17th when he will be sentenced.
He also admits trying to smuggle tobacco into the Island’s prison.
A Maughold man who assaulted a pub landlord will also be sentenced on the same day.
Thirty-three year Ian Brown admits one charge of assault causing actual bodily harm outside the Mines Tavern in Laxey last month.
