Residents parking fee more than admin costs - Thomas

There's confusion about one of the parking fees being introduced by the Department of Infrastructure.
The residents permits will cost ?25 from now on, to cover the administration costs of processing and issuing them, the department has said.
But departmental member Chris Thomas, speaking live on Mandate today, said that figure would provide much more than covering costs:Clip 1
