Treasury updates Libya sanctions

by isleofman.com 30th October 2014
The Island’s Treasury has updated its sanctions regime against Libya – and is reminding financial institutions to check their records.

The updates on two individuals – the head of the country’s military intelligence and the boss of its external intelligence agency – come via the European Union and United Nations.

Anybody with any assets belonging to either individual should freeze them and inform customs and excise.
