Social Services assessments set to change

Targeting people's Social Services needs more effectively is the aim of a new act to be introduced by government at the start of December.
The Social Services Act will replace legislation which has been in place for the last 60 years.
It's also been motivated by the Department of Health and Social Care needing to target its resources more effectively, as they are more limited than before.
