Cannan has concerns over dwindling reserves

There are deep-rooted spending problems in government which will quickly eat up reserves unless something is done.
That from Michael MHK Alf Cannan.
He says he has real concerns about the news government has ?800 million left in reserves, excluding the National Insurance fund, given that ?137 million was spent from them in the last year alone.
Mr Cannan says there doesn't seem to be any sort of co-ordinated plan, with the public being the ones affected most by that:Clip 1
