Minister explains parking silence

Heated exchanges in the House of Keys about parking charges did not feature one of the more vocal critics of the plans.
While South Douglas MHK David Cretney was labelling them 'stupid', and others expressed their concern and disappointment, Chris Robertshaw remained quiet.
He had recently labelled the plans 'bonkers'.
Speaking live on Manx Radio, Mr Robertshaw explained to Tim Glover why he kept quiet:Clip 1
