Steam Packet welcomes caravanners!

by isleofman.com 9th November 2014
The Steam Packet says it will support the recommendations in a Tynwald select committee report about towed caravans, which is due to be discussed later this month.

Some of these recommendations include restricting the routes on which they can travel and legislation for a permit scheme.

Chief Executive Mark Woodward says he supports the report, as caravans could could bring more visitors to the Island.

He adds the company would work with the UK Caravan Club and others to provide special offers for caravans on off-peak sailings.
