Council unhappy about horse tram plans

Douglas Council says it is unhappy with current plans for the future of the horse trams.

Council members say the plans given up until now have been misleading and didn't convey the full situation.

Option A is to have the trams on the seaward side of the prom and option B to have them on the walkway.
