Meeting discusses government reform plan

A meeting of the Liberal Vannin party in Douglas last night heard about the plans to restructure government into a single legal entity.

The plans will be debated by Tynwald next week, and around thirty people gathered last night to hear a talk from Tristram Llewellyn Jones.

He spoke about some of his concerns over data protection, and similar plans which met opposition in Scotland.

After the meeting, Liberal Vannin leader Kate Beecroft said she also had some worries:Clip 1
