Means testing - what's your view?

by isleofman.com 14th November 2014
A speaker at a public meeting in Onchan this evening (Friday) says he supports the introduction of means testing – but not necessarily as government is proposing it.
Onchan commissioner Rob Callister is among those who have been invited to speak at the second Isle of Man 2020 gathering in the Parish Hall.
There’ll be a debate on the issue followed by an open forum.
Mr Callister hopes it will provide a platform for the public to put forward their views.
The meeting at 7pm will be chaired by Captain of the Parish, Peter Kelly.Clip 1
