Peel Post Office plans

by isleofman.com 14th November 2014
Peel Post Office could be getting an extension – to store parcels.

Mary Palmer, who owns the building on Douglas Street, has applied for planning permission to build an extension at the back of the site.

The extension would be built on a private car parking area. The applicant says the extension is to better serve the public and keep the parcels dry. Car parking for post vans will not be impacted by the extension.

You can find out more about the application, and post your views on it, on the government’s website gov.im
