Vehicle lost control and hits property

A person was trapped inside their own house after a vehicle went out of control and collided with a property in Douglas this morning (Monday).

Fire crews were called out shortly before 11am to the house on the New Castletown Road.

The occupant was not hurt but had to be rescued via a ladder.
