Rushen Primary School will again be the venue for Rushen Silver Band’s Christmas Concert taking place on Saturday 29 November 2014, 7.30pm.

This year the Band have invited well known local singers Jane Mayne (Mezzo Soprano) and Paul Costain (Bass) to perform individual numbers in the concert, and also join with the Band to make it a concert not to be missed.

Tom Sinden, Band Chairman said: “The Band was delighted when both Jane and Paul accepted our invitation to join us for our Christmas Concert this year. I’m sure the audience will have an enjoyable evening and hope they will leave with a sense of the Christmas spirit to start the festive season.”

“The Concert will be the starting point of another busy December for the Band who will be playing at 18 events over the month.”
