Guests and passersby were greeted with mince pies and mulled wine outside Black Grace Cowley’s Douglas office on Victoria Street this Thursday to coincide with the Douglas Christmas lights switch on at the Town Hall. The local estate agent hosted an open evening featuring MBL, Manx Financial Solutions, Dougherty Quinn and the Black Grace Cowley team who were on hand to discuss the market, provide advice and guidance, and arrange valuations or listings for existing properties.
