Sheep attack in St John's

by isleofman.com 28th November 2014
Police are investigating the killing of a sheep in St John's overnight.
It happened some time between 6pm yesterday (Thursday) and midday today, in a field behind Balladoyne estate.
Officers say the serious facial injuries it sustained are consistent with a dog attack.
It was one of 10 sheep in the small field at the time.
Call Peel police station on 842208 if you saw or know anything about the attack.
There's a reminder from police that all dogs need to be under proper control at all times.
Ones found worrying sheep can be lawfully shot and killed by a farmer.
