Digital inclusion was the official topic of the gathering at the Villa Marina which was attended by political leaders from Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Wales, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.
They included new SNP leader Nicola Sturgeon, Taoiseach Enda Kenny and Northern Ireland's Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness.
