ILS is set to promote the Isle of Man’s premier offering at two key events in Dubai next week.

ILS Dubai’s Business Development Manager Lee Hills will attend both the Middle East Business Aviation (MEBA) Conference and the Dubai Bitcoin Conference to promote the Island as a centre of excellence in these sectors.

MEBA will be staged from December 8th to 10th at Dubai World Central. Held every two years, the last MEBA show in 2012 saw the largest number of people attending the event in its 10 year history, with 7,549 attendees from 83 countries and 385 exhibitors. The event, which attracts corporate jet manufacturers, suppliers and the latest state of the art aircrafts, is firmly established as a key event in the business aviation calendar.

The Dubai Bitcoin Conference takes place at the Dubai International Financial Center on December 12th and 13th and will include presentations from local and international leaders in the space, addressing topics including, Bitcoin and the future of financial services, Bitcoin’s place and the future of the GCC, remittances and Bitcoin, Bitcoin in Africa, job growth, startups, the block chain, smart contracts and related technologies, compliance and anti-money laundering and security and exchange.
