Link to vandalism attack 'not helpful'

by isleofman.com 10th December 2014
The Home Affairs Minister says it is foolish to link a vandalism attack in Castletown with reduced police cover.

Juan Watterson was asked in Tynwald on Tuesday for a breakdown of policing levels in the ancient capital when the damage was caused 12 days ago.

35 cars were attacked, causing tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage.

He says despite the restructuring of the force, any link is disingenuous.Clip 1
