Mountain road closed overnight

by isleofman.com 12th December 2014

Two traffic accidents within minutes of each other led to the closure of the mountain road last night.

There were no injuries but police said the road would remain closed all night because of hazardous weather conditions and for road workers to clear snow and ice.

It's now been reopened but police say side roads remain closed because of snow and ice. They're reminding the public that it's a offence to drive on closed roads.
